Service Description

You asked for it, a one off chance to get your flow on in the DCC after hours. Expect a 45 minute dynamic vinyasa flow set to some chill tunes. Beginners are welcome, and options will be given but expect to move and groove before settling down into some stretches. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately I cannot provide mats or props so please come prepared with your own and know that it is a case of BYOB (bring your own block)! Please arrive at least 10 minutes before to allow time to set up & get settled. Spaces are limited - have you been in the DCC? - but if we have a blast, maybe we can go again another time!
